White chocolate and pretzels are a match made in heaven, as is this heavenly ghost family. Serve them on a platter like I’ve done or stick them on a Halloween cake. Either way, they are going to look boo-tiful.

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate. 

2. Dip the pretzel sticks into the white chocolate so that over half is covered. Tap off the excess and lay it on parchment paper to set.

3. Place the melted chocolate into a piping utensil / bag.

4. Shape the ghosts onto parchment paper.

5. Top with candy eyes, chocolate discs for the mouth or curved sprinkles.

6. Once the ghosts have set, add white chocolate to the back and attach them to the pretzel sticks. Let them set once more.

7. Serve.
