Try these white chocolate Pretzel Ghosts for a delicious, sweet n' salty Halloween snack!
They are great to serve at a Halloween party or topped onto a Halloween dessert.
You can even make them on lolly sticks for an easy mess-free option.
Feel free to have each one look slightly different - some can be tall, others short, some smiling, and some sleeping. You can use various-sized candy eyes and curved sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 11 pretzels sticks
- 22 candy eyes
- curved sprinkles
- dark chocolate discs
- parchment paper
- piping utensil / bag
Instructions
Makes 11.
1. Melt the white chocolate.
2. Dip a pretzel stick into the white chocolate so that over half of the stick is covered. Tap off the excess. Place on parchment paper to set and repeat with the other sticks.
3. Pour the melted chocolate into a piping utensil / bag.
4. Shape the ghosts onto parchment paper.
5. Top with candy eyes, chocolate discs for the mouth, or curved sprinkles.
6. Once the ghosts have set, add white chocolate to the back and attach them to the pretzel sticks. Let them set once more.
7. Serve.
