Christmas Sausage Rolls are delightfully fun and so easy to make!
All you need is store-bought pizza dough and a few sausages, and you'll be well on your way to making adorable rolls everyone will love to snack on.
If you prefer not to use candy eyes, you can omit them or use an edible marker or peppercorns.
Feel free to add other details - use pretzel sticks for arms or mozzarella and cherry tomato for a hat.
These festive sausage rolls make the perfect party food served with your favorite dipping sauce. Sriracha mayo, ketchup, marinara sauce, mustard, and garlic sour cream dip are all great options.

Ingredients
Instructions
Makes 10.
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 374°F.
2. Cut the sausages into three equal pieces.
3. Trim a long rectangular piece of pizza dough slightly wider than the sausage pieces.
4. Roll the sausage into the dough and fold over the excess neatly.
5. Cut a long, thin, rectangular piece of dough and wrap this around the snowman to make a scarf.
6. Use scissors to cut fringes on the ends of the scarf.
7. Top with peppercorns to make the snowman's buttons.
8. Brush the snowmen with egg wash (the peppercorns may roll off but just press them back in).
9. Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.
10. Trim tiny triangles out of carrot for the noses, and lay these onto the faces (you can use a small amount of edible glue to make them stick, but I just placed mine on top).
11. Top with candy eyes (if you wet the back, they should stick when they dry).
12. Serve.
