White Chocolate Berry Animals shaped into adorable sea creatures are a fun dessert your kids will love!
Melted white chocolate, strawberry slices, and candy eyes are all you need to make these delightful treats. I use a piping utensil to shape them, but a piping bag works fine, too.
This easy recipe is great for themed birthday parties, World Ocean Day (June 8th), Summer get-togethers, or even a tasty afternoon snack.
Stick them onto cupcakes and cookies, or shape them on lolly sticks for mess-free eating.
You can replace the strawberry with other fruits, such as raspberries, blueberries, and kiwi slices! Dark chocolate would be delicious, too!
Ingredients
- 100 grams white chocolate (3.5 oz)
- 3 large strawberries
- piping utensil / bag
- parchment paper
- candy eyes
Instructions
Makes 6.
1. Melt the white chocolate.
2. Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
3. Slice the strawberries from the top and cut off the leafy part.
4. Dry the berry slices on a piece of kitchen towel. This is a crucial step, or the fruit won’t set correctly in the melted chocolate.
5. Pipe the various white chocolate fish, octopus, and jellyfish shapes onto parchment paper.
6. Top with strawberry slices.
7. Add candy eyes.
8. Allow to set.
9. Serve.

The piping utensil and similar candy eyes are linked in my Shop.
