▢ 100 grams white chocolate
▢ 3 strawberries, large
▢ 10 candy eyes

Instructions

Melt the white chocolate.
Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.
Slice the strawberries from the top and cut off the leafy part.
Dry the berry slices on a paper towel. This is a crucial step, or the fruit won’t set correctly in the melted chocolate.
Pipe the various white chocolate fish, octopus, and jellyfish shapes onto parchment paper.
Top with strawberry slices.
Add candy eyes.
Allow to set.
Serve.
