Prep Time: 20 min.

These healthy Watermelon Popsicles with Chocolate are a fun treat for hot summer days (and cold ones, too).

Made with just a few ingredients, fresh watermelon popsicles are a deliciously sweet snack and so easy to make at home.

Keep them in the freezer for a refreshing dessert, or enjoy them as they are.

For a fun twist, cut off the corner of the popsicles to make it look like they've already had a cheeky bite taken out of them.

You can vary this watermelon popsicle recipe any way you like - with or without chocolate or candy eyes. If you are short on time, skip the chocolate and squeeze some lime juice on top.

Hope you love them as much as we do.

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Slice the watermelon.

2. Cut a slice into a rectangular popsicle. Use this 'master' popsicle to shape the others.

3. Trim a bite mark at one corner with the small round cutter (or use a small glass). You can also leave some of the popsicles plain.

4. Dry the melon popsicles off on a kitchen towel.

5. Melt the dark chocolate.

6. Place the dark chocolate in a small bowl.

7. Dip the tip of the watermelon into the chocolate.

8. Top with candy eyes.

9. Allow to set on parchment paper.

10. Serve.
