Watermelon Popsicles with Chocolate

watermelon

dark chocolate

small round cookie cutter
parchment paper
Instructions
Slice the watermelon.
Cut a slice into a rectangular popsicle shape. Use this 'master' popsicle to make the others.
Trim a bite mark at one corner with the
small round cutter
(or use a small glass). You can also leave some plain.
Dry the melon popsicles off on a paper towel and insert the popsicle sticks.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Place the dark chocolate in a small bowl.
Dip the tip of the watermelon into the chocolate.
Top with
candy eyes
.
Allow to set on parchment paper.
Serve.
