This Goat Cheese with Honey Appetizer is one of my favorite easy recipes for summer entertaining.

Crispy bread topped with creamy goat cheese, fruity honey, and sweet blueberries combine to make an epic goat cheese crostini everybody will love.

Serve this goat cheese appetizer at outdoor picnics, dinner parties, and BBQs. Or enjoy it with friends and family as an easy dinner with a delicious salad.

You can make this recipe in advance and store the crostini in the fridge.

If you're not a big fan of goat cheese, use regular cream cheese or burrata.

And if you'd like to kick things up a notch, you can make fluffy whipped goat cheese. All you need to do is stick your goat cheese in a mini food processor until it's light and airy. Then top it onto your bread or use it as a delicious tangy dip.
