Ingredients You'll Need
Please be sure to scroll down to the recipe card below for the complete details!
• Goat cheese - Use a goat cheese log or any soft goat cheese you like. You can also use cream cheese.
• Crème fraîche - I use an 18% crème fraîche, but sour cream or Greek yogurt will work too.
• Sea salt - Add flaky sea salt to taste.
• Raspberries - Choose firm and small raspberries.
• Baguette - Cut angled slices. You can eat them plain, toast them, bake them, or pan-fry them in butter until golden.
• Fig jam - I used green fig jam, but you can choose any jam you like (apricot, strawberry, or cherry jam would all be delish).
How to Make Goat Cheese Crostini
1. Slice the baguette at an angle and pan-fry in butter until golden brown.

3. Add sea salt to taste.
4. Spread fig jam on the crostini slices.
5. Top with whipped goat cheese.
6. Arrange the raspberries, fresh chive stalks, and basil leaves.
7. Serve.
Possible Variations
Some tasty variations include:
• Whip up the goat cheese with other ingredients - Add in caramelized onions, fresh parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, chili, sundried tomatoes, or black pepper.
• Replace the jam - Use honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze.
• Swap baguette for sourdough toast.
• Use cherry tomatoes or strawberries instead of raspberries to make the 'cherries'.
FAQs
Can I make the crostini ahead of time?
Yes, absolutely. Whip up the goat cheese 1-2 days in advance and store it in the fridge in a glass container. Leave the cheese at room temperature for 20 minutes and then assemble the crostini shortly before serving.
How long will the whipped cheese last in the fridge?
2 days in an airtight container. It will firm up when cold, so give it a whisk before serving.
How do I serve the whipped cheese as a dip?
Add it to a bowl, sprinkle with hot honey and flaky sea salt. Serve with fresh crusty bread, crostini, crackers, breadsticks, or veggies.
