Ingredients 

  • 2 slices watermelon
  • 150 grams feta
  • 9 slices cucumber
  • 9 fresh basil, or mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, or hot honey
  • sea salt, to serve

Instructions 

  • Slice the cucumber at an angle to get as wide pieces as possible.
  • Use the melon baller to scoop out the watermelon.
  • Cut the feta into pieces similar to the cucumber slices.
  • Place the feta slices on top of the cucumber.
  • Top with basil stems (or thin pieces of cucumber skin for the cherry stems).
  • Add the two watermelon 'cherries' and a fresh basil leaf (or mint leaf).
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze or hot honey.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Serve.
