For a refreshing recipe that will get your taste buds thinking about hot summer days, you must try these delicious Watermelon Feta Appetizers.
They are a crowd pleaser and strike the perfect balance between sweet and savory, combining salty feta cheese, crisp cucumber, and juicy watermelon.
These healthy watermelon feta bites are easy to make and can be prepared an hour ahead.
Serve them at your next garden party, or bring them on a picnic for the perfect Summer appetizer. Top them with a tangy balsamic glaze or even hot honey for a little bit of extra flavor.
If you don't have a melon baller, you can just cut similar-sized cubes of watermelon, cucumber, and feta and stick them on a toothpick with fresh basil or mint to make watermelon skewers. Such an easy Summer snack!
