- 2 slices watermelon
- 150 grams feta
- 9 slices cucumber
- 9 fresh basil, or mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, or hot honey
- sea salt, to serve
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber at an angle to get as wide pieces as possible.
- Use the melon baller to scoop out the watermelon.
- Cut the feta into pieces similar to the cucumber slices.
- Place the feta slices on top of the cucumber.
- Top with basil stems (or thin pieces of cucumber skin for the cherry stems).
- Add the two watermelon 'cherries' and a fresh basil leaf (or mint leaf).
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze or hot honey.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Serve.
