Try these simple Melon Ball Skewers with serrano ham roses, bocconcini, sweet cantaloupe, and Galia melon for a flavorful and delicious summer appetizer.
The recipe requires a melon baller, but you can also cube the fruit.
Serve these easy melon skewers with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of sea salt. A minty pesto would be lovely, too.
And if you love a good salad, skip the skewers and make a refreshing rocket platter. Top with the mozzarella and melon, serrano ham, and basil. Drizzle with a zingy olive oil vinaigrette.
