If you think you can’t love strawberries more, try these strawberry roses. They are so beautiful and perfect for Valentine’s Day or special occasions. You can put them on a skewer and dip them in chocolate, top them onto cakes or even place them in a glass with some bubbly.
Ingredients
- strawberries
- small sharp knife
Instructions
1. Cut four petals along the outside perimeter of the strawberry. Make sure to take your cut a bit further into the underside of the berry.
2. Now cut four smaller petals between the previous ones, still cutting in at a slight slant.
3. Finally, cut a v-shape in the top middle section.
4. Fan out the petals carefully.
