If you think you can’t love strawberries more, try these strawberry roses.
They are so beautiful and perfect for Valentine’s Day or special occasions.
You can put them on skewers, dip them in chocolate, top them on cakes, or even place them in a glass with some bubbly.
Ingredients
- strawberries
- small sharp knife
Instructions
1. Cut four petals along the outside perimeter of the strawberry. Make sure to take your cut a bit further into the underside of the berry.
2. Now cut four smaller petals between the previous ones, still cutting in at a slight slant.
3. Finally, cut a v-shape in the top middle section.
4. Fan out the petals carefully.
