They are so fun and perfect for Valentine’s Day and special occasions.
Put them on skewers, dip them in chocolate, top them onto cakes, or place them in a glass with some bubbly.
Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- small sharp knife
Instructions
Makes 9.
1. Cut four petals along the outside perimeter of the strawberry. Make sure to take your cut a bit further into the underside of the berry.
2. Now cut four smaller petals between the previous ones, still cutting in at a slight slant.
3. Finally, cut a v-shape in the top middle section.
4. Fan out the petals carefully.
