Try Grape Chocolate Roses for an elegant, surprisingly simple dessert with only two ingredients.

Choose similarly sized grapes in an oblong shape, halve them, and place them on top of a dark chocolate (or milk chocolate) disc. You’ll need a few smaller grapes for the center. Top with a fresh basil or mint leaf and allow to set.

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams dark chocolate, 3.5 oz
  • 25 green grapes
  • 5 fresh basil leaves, or mint

Instructions 

  • Melt the dark chocolate.
  • Spoon the chocolate onto parchment paper (spread it with a toothpick if the chocolate is thick).
  • Sort similarly sized grapes and halve them lengthwise. You will need a few smaller grapes for the center.
  • Dry the grapes on a piece of kitchen towel.
  • Arrange the larger grape halves on the perimeter of the chocolate disc.
  • Place three smaller grape halves in the middle.
  • Top with a basil or mint leaf.
  • Allow the grape chocolates to set.
  • Serve.
