These homemade chocolate lollipops with strawberries shaped like tulips are a delightful dessert idea, perfect to make with kids.

The combination of sweet, juicy strawberries with rich, dark chocolate is a winner, and the fact that they look like adorable flowers just adds to the fun.

Creating these chocolate lollipops is as easy as it gets. Slice the strawberries and trim a v-shaped cut at the top to form the flowers. Dollop melted chocolate onto parchment paper, top with the strawberry flowers, lemon balm leaves, and a lollipop stick, and allow to set.

You can use any chocolate you like - I used dark chocolate, but milk chocolate would be equally delicious.

Enjoy these chocolate lollies as they are, use them to top your favorite cupcakes, or gift them to friends and family.

They're perfect for any occasion, from Spring get-togethers to Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, and even Valentine's Day.
