These homemade chocolate lollipops with strawberries shaped like tulips are a delightful dessert idea, perfect to make with kids.
The combination of sweet, juicy strawberries with rich, dark chocolate is a winner, and the fact that they look like adorable flowers just adds to the fun.
Creating these chocolate lollipops is as easy as it gets. Slice the strawberries and trim a v-shaped cut at the top to form the flowers. Dollop melted chocolate onto parchment paper, top with the strawberry flowers, lemon balm leaves, and a lollipop stick, and allow to set.
You can use any chocolate you like – I used dark chocolate, but milk chocolate would be equally delicious.
They’re perfect for any occasion, from Spring get-togethers to Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, and even Valentine’s Day.
