• Fresh Strawberries - Look for large, ripe strawberries free from discoloration or bruises.

• Peanut Butter - I recommend using creamy peanut butter.

• Dark Chocolate - Use a chopped chocolate bar or chocolate chips.

• Peanuts - These create the classic crunchy texture you look for in Snickers bars.

How to Make a Strawberry Snickers Recipe

1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a pot over medium heat. Stir frequently. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

2. Slice the strawberries into rounds the same size as the bottom of the mini muffin pan.

3. Place the strawberry slices in a lined mini muffin tin.

4. Spoon the peanut butter on top of the slices, and add the melted chocolate.

5. Sprinkle halved peanuts on top.

6. Freeze until the chocolate is set, and enjoy!

Possible Variations

• Strawberries - Use banana coins, raspberries, blueberries, apples, or kiwi instead.

Peanut Butter - Swap almond butter, cashew butter, pistachio cream, or even tahini, depending on your preferences.

• Chocolate - Use milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, or white chocolate, and opt for dairy-free varieties if needed.

• Toppings - Add or replace the peanuts with almonds, pecans, coconut flakes, or sprinkles.
