These Strawberry Chocolate Hearts are the ultimate Valentine's Day dessert.

You'll need a heart cookie cutter, strawberries, dark chocolate, and chocolate ball sprinkles to make this easy recipe.
You can swap for milk chocolate hearts and use other colored sprinkles for the edge detailing. Either way, they are sure to be a hit!
TIP: Chocolate ball sprinkles are available on Amazon, but Godiva and Valrhona make similar 'pearls'. If all else fails, you can even use chocolate chips!

Ingredients
- 7 strawberries
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons chocolate ball sprinkles
- piping utensil / bag
- medium heart-shaped cookie cutters
- parchment paper
Instructions
Makes 7.
1. Halve the strawberries from top to bottom.
2. Cut out the hearts with the cutter and dry them off on a kitchen towel.
3. Melt the dark chocolate.
4. Place the chocolate in a piping utensil.
5. Pipe heart outlines on parchment paper (the same size as the cutouts).
6. Top the chocolate with the strawberry hearts and press down so the chocolate spreads out.
7. Arrange ball sprinkles around the strawberry hearts.
8. Allow to set.
9. Serve.
