Halve the strawberries from top to bottom.
Cut out the hearts with the cutter and dry them off on a kitchen towel.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Place the chocolate in a piping utensil or piping bag.
Pipe heart outlines on parchment paper (the same size as the cutouts).
Top the chocolate with the strawberry hearts and press down so the chocolate spreads out.
Arrange ball sprinkles around the strawberry hearts.
Allow to set.
Serve.
