You only need melted chocolate, candy eyes, and flaked almonds to transform strawberries and chocolate into these irresistible monsters.

Top with sour candy discs as tongues, and watch the kids delight in these fun and delicious Halloween treats!

You can decorate other fruits the same way to make an array of monsters using peeled kiwi, peeled clementines, apricots, plums, and halved apples.

Instructions

1. Cut the flaked almonds into smaller tooth-shaped pieces.

2. Melt the chocolate.

3. Place the chocolate in your piping utensil or bag.

4. Pipe a chocolate mouth around the middle of the strawberries and add the flaked almond teeth.

5. Use the round cutter to cut sour candy discs.

6. Trim off a small corner of the disc and stick it on the strawberry to make a tongue.

6. Use a bit of melted dark chocolate to stick on the eyes.

7. Allow to set.
