Who knew it could be so easy to make professional-looking chocolates at home, using a silicone mold and a bar of white chocolate?!

To make these fun Blueberry Ghost Bites, all you need to do is melt white chocolate and add it to the bottom cavities of the ghost mold. Add a blueberry and your favorite jam (I used strawberry, but you can use any - even lemon curd would be yum), and then top with white chocolate.

Allow to set, then serve these tasty Halloween treats with fresh berries to balance the sweetness.

You can enjoy the ghosts as an afternoon snack, but they also make a delightful homemade gift to share with your favorite people. Just stick them in a cellophane bag and tie it with a black or purple ribbon.
