Look no further than these cute Strawberry Ladybugs with dark chocolate and Oreo cookies for a delicious fruit snack your kids will love.

This easy recipe is sure to be a hit. It's perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or a special afternoon dessert when the kids come home from school.

You can even top these adorable ladybug snacks onto cakes, enjoy them with ice cream for an epic treat, or serve them as part of a ladybug fruit tray with all your favorite Summer fruit and berries.

Use tiny halved blueberries or chocolate chips for the ladybug dots for a fun twist.

Makes 10.

1. Melt the dark chocolate.

2. Place the chocolate in a bowl.

3. Halve the strawberries.

4. Dry the strawberries on a piece of kitchen towel. This will allow the chocolate to stick better.

5. Dip the tip of each strawberry into the chocolate. Tap off any excess.

6. Place the strawberries on parchment paper and top with candy eyes.

7. Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or piping bag.

8. Pipe the ladybug center line and the 6 small dots with the melted chocolate.

9. Allow to set in the freezer for 5 minutes.

10. In the meantime, pipe chocolate onto the top of each Oreo.

11. Top with a fresh basil or mint leaf and then the chocolate-covered ladybugs.

12. Allow to set.

13. Serve.
