If you want to make a homemade treat for your family or that special someone, try these beautiful Grape Chocolate Hearts.

Made with dark chocolate, green grapes, and chocolate ball sprinkles, they are perfect for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, and birthdays.

Pipe the heart-shaped chocolates on top of a lolly stick for mess-free eating, or wrap them in cellophane and gift them to anyone who enjoys a sweet treat.

Feel free to swap for milk chocolate, and if you can’t find chocolate ball sprinkles, just use mini chocolate chips.

For other delicious treats to mark a special occasion, check out my strawberry chocolate hearts, chocolate covered grapes, strawberry flower toppers, and grape-shaped chocolate blueberries. These chocolate and grape roses are also a fun alternative.

A hand holds a Grape Chocolate Heart—a heart-shaped chocolate base decorated with green grapes arranged like flower petals and outlined with small round chocolates. More similar treats and a bowl of grapes appear in the background.

Notes

Godiva and Valrhona make chocolate ball 'pearls' you can use instead of sprinkles, too.
