Grape Chocolate Hearts
Beautiful dark chocolate hearts filled with a green grape flower and lined with round chocolate sprinkles.

dark chocolate

green grapes

chocolate ball sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate into a piping utensil or bag.
Pipe large hearts on parchment paper.
Halve five grapes and slice the rest lengthwise.
Dry off the grapes on a piece of paper towel.
Place the halved grape in the middle of the chocolate heart.
Arrange the lengthwise cut grape halves facing down around the grape in the middle (I used 6 halves).
Line the heart with chocolate ball sprinkles.
Repeat with the remaining hearts.
Allow to set.
Serve.

Godiva and Valrhona make chocolate ball 'pearls' you can use instead of sprinkles, too.
