If you like marzipan, you have to try these decadent treats. You can make the reversed version if you prefer dark chocolate to white.
Ingredients
- marzipan
- white chocolate
- dark chocolate
- piping utensil / bag
- parchment paper
- square cookie cutter
Instructions
1. Roll out the marzipan.
2. Use the square cutter to make the marzipan square-shaped.
3. Melt the white chocolate.
4. Place the white chocolate in a little bowl.
5. Use a fork to lower the marzipan squares into the white chocolate.
6. Tap to remove excess, and place on parchment paper to set.
7. Melt the dark chocolate in the same way as the white chocolate.
8. Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil /bag.
9. Make little bows on baking parchment. Allow to set.
10. Add the ribbon details to the white chocolate squares and top with the set bows.
