To make them, pipe white chocolate in a snowflake design, top with marshmallows, more chocolate, and candy eyes.

Enjoy them as they are, or top them onto your festive cakes and desserts. One of my favorite ways is to slide a snowflake into hot milk, top with whipped cream, and sprinkles. Delicious.

Equipment

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 3 marshmallows
  • 12 candy eyes
  • 6 sprinkles, curved

Instructions 

  • Cut the marshmallows so you have two round halves.
  • Melt the white chocolate.
  • Place the chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
  • Pipe three long intersecting lines of white chocolate.
  • Now, pipe three shorter lines in the middle of the previous ones.
  • Create a v-shape on each of the long ends of white chocolate.
  • Place the marshmallow half in the middle of the snowflake.
  • Top the marshmallow with white chocolate, candy eyes, and a curved sprinkle for the mouth.
  • Allow to set.
  • Enjoy.
