Prep Time: 50 min.

This fruit rainbow is perfect for a kid’s birthday party or when you feel like making something extra special. If you prefer a smaller rainbow, check out the second version I’ve done.

Instructions

1. Cut the honeydew melon into slices.

2. Use the oval cutter to create the clouds.

3. Use the melon baller to make the strawberry, watermelon, cantaloupe, mango and galia balls.

4. Arrange the balls flat side down and as pictured.

5. Add the blueberries and honeydew clouds.

6. Top with candy eyes.

7. I made the mouth using a tiny bit of blueberry skin.

Notes

You can save all the bits of leftover fruit in a freezer bag to use in your next smoothie or chop them up and make a mini fruit salad.

The cookie cutter, melon baller and candy eyes I use are linked in my Shop.
