This Guacamole Dip Flower with cucumber may be one of the easiest and fun ways to serve those veggies. Great for kids as a healthy afternoon snack idea or an elegant pre-dinner appetizer with family and friends.

What you need


1. Cut the cucumber at an angle to make petal-shaped slices.

2. Smash 2-3 avocados, depending on the size.

3. Chop a small red onion finely.

4. Add the chopped red onion and Greek yogurt to the smashed avocado. Top with a squeeze of lime and lemon juice.

5. Season with sea salt and pepper.

6. Place the guacamole in a dome shape on a small plate.

7. Arrange one layer of cucumber petals along the perimeter of the guacamole.

8. Add the remaining cucumber pieces between the previous ones to make a flower.

9. Sprinkle with seasoning and serve.


To replace Everything but the Bagel seasoning, use white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flaked garlic and onion. Or, you can omit the seasoning and make a fun pattern with a fork.
