This sweet Easter Bark with chocolate eggs is a delicious and easy treat both kids and adults will love.

Melt your favorite chocolate and add it to a piping utensil or bag. Pipe a wreath shape onto parchment paper and then top with the colorful chocolate eggs. You can even use your favorite Easter candy, chocolate chips, or easter sprinkles.

Enjoy the chocolate bark as it is, break it into smaller chunks to add to lunchboxes, or top it onto a cake for a beautiful centerpiece.

It's a fun addition to your Easter dessert board or birthday parties throughout the year.

TIP: The bark can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container.

Ingredients

Instructions

Serves 5-6.

1. Melt the dark chocolate.

2. Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or bag. You may need to work in batches like I did if you use a piping tool and it doesn't all fit at once.

3. Pipe a smaller circle of chocolate onto parchment paper (about 10 cm / 4-5 inches in diameter).

4. Pipe a larger circle around the smaller one (around 22-25 cm / 9-10 inches) to make a chocolate wreath.

5. Fill the space in between the two circles with dark chocolate.

6. Arrange the various-sized chocolate eggs on top of the wreath. You can place them randomly or organize them like I did.

7. Top with two candy eyes and a chocolate nose (use melted chocolate to 'glue' them on).

8. To make the ears melt the white chocolate.

9. Add the melted chocolate to a piping utensil or bag (or spoon it onto parchment paper).

10. Shape the white chocolate into two chocolate ears.

11. Top with two pink chocolate eggs and allow to set.

12. Once set, arrange the bunny ears onto a platter.

13. Top with the chocolate egg wreath.

14. Serve.

Notes

Make mini chocolate bark with any spare chocolate and eggs you might have. Add chocolate blobs to parchment paper, top with a chocolate egg, and allow to set. Great for bite-sized snacking.
