Give em pumpkin to talk about the next time you throw a Halloween party with this fantastic platter.

What you need

Instructions for the Cucumber & Cantaloupe Skulls:

1. Slice the melon and cucumber. 

2. Use the round cutter to make melon discs.

3. Shape the skulls by trimming the sides off.

4. Use the metal straw to make the eyes and a toothpick for the nose.

5. You can trim the mouth using a sharp knife.

Instructions for the Blueberry Centipedes:

1. Choose blueberries that are the same size.

2. Melt the white chocolate.

3. Stick some melted white chocolate on one side of a berry and attach it to another blueberry.

4. Continue until you have the length you want. I added five blueberries.

5. Allow to set.

6. Top with candy eyes. You can use melted white chocolate to stick the eyes on.

Instructions for the Abominable Snowman:

1. Slice the watermelon.

2. Use the gingerbread cutter to shape the snowman.

3. Dry the melon with a piece of kitchen roll.

4. Use a toothpick to apply the fur with melted white chocolate.

5. Top with candy eyes.

6. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Voodoo Dolls:

1. Slice the watermelon.

2. Use the gingerbread cutter to shape the dolls.

3. Dry the melon with a piece of kitchen roll.

4. Top with melted dark chocolate shaped into a heart (it may be easiest to use a piping utensil or bag for this, but you can also shape a heart using a small spoon).

5. Use a toothpick to create the chocolate dots to cover the outline of the dolls.

6. Top with candy eyes.

Instructions for the Watermelon Skeletons:

1. Slice the watermelon.

2. Use the gingerbread cutter to shape the skeletons.

3. Dry the melon with a piece of kitchen roll.

4. Melt the white chocolate.

5. Place the melted white chocolate into a piping utensil or bag.

6. Pipe the skeleton details onto the melon.

7. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Watermelon Ghosts:

1. Slice the watermelon.

2. Use the ghost cutter to shape the ghosts.

3. Dry the melon with a piece of kitchen roll.

4. Add dark chocolate details for the face.

5. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Pretzel Mummies:

1. I used small pretzel sticks for these mummies and placed four next to each other on parchment paper.

2. Melt some white chocolate. 

3. Drizzle the pretzels with melted chocolate to mimic bandages.

4. Top with candy eyes.

5. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Book of 2020:

1. Slice the cantaloupe.

2. Trim into a rectangular book shape.

3. Dry the melon with a piece of kitchen roll.

4. Melt dark chocolate.

5. Place the melted chocolate into a piping utensil / bag.

6. Add the dark chocolate spine detail and write ‘2020’.

7. Allow to set.

Instructions for the Pretzel Spiderwebs:

1. Place eight pretzel stick halves on some parchment paper.

2. Melt the white chocolate.

3. Use the piping utensil / bag filled with melted white chocolate to seal the eight sticks together in the center.

4. Now create the web detail by piping the chocolate around and around.

5. Top the center with candy eyes.

6. Allow to set.
