Prep Time: 20 min.

These moreish dark chocolate and grape flowers are as delicious as they are cute. Enjoy them as a tasty Springtime treat, or use them to decorate cakes and other desserts for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day.

What you need

1. Halve the grapes lengthwise.

2. Melt the dark chocolate and place it in a piping utensil / bag.

3. Pipe dark chocolate on parchment paper in a 2cm (¾ inch) round disc.

4. Arrange six grape halves in a flower shape on top of the disc, leaving space in the center.

5. Add more chocolate in the middle of the flower to glue all the grape halves together.

6. Top with a chocolate disc (or use an M&M or sprinkles).

7. Pipe a chocolate stem with a few leaves and place it under the daisies once set.

8. Serve.

The piping utensil I use is linked in my Shop.
