Ingredients 

Greek yogurt garlic dip

  • 200 grams Greek yogurt, 1.5 cups
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or dried
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • sea salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Salad

  • 2 burrata
  • 8-10 slices Serrano ham
  • 1/2 mango
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, tricolor
  • 1/2 red onion, small
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • fresh basil, to garnish

Instructions 

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
  • Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the yogurt dip on a platter.
  • Top with the burrata and Serrano ham.
  • Dice the mango and red onion.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Place the mango, onion, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  • Top with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt to taste.
  • Spoon the mango salad onto the platter.
  • Drizzle generously with more olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  • Season the burrata with sea salt.
  • Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
  • Serve.
