Christmas Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 9 strawberries
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1 mango
- 1 Galia melon
Instructions
- Halve the strawberries and place these first.
- Slice a piece of cantaloupe. Set this aside.
- Cube the remaining cantaloupe, mango and galia, and place them in this order next to the strawberry.
- Use the round cutter to make the bauble shape out of cantaloupe.
- Make two holes with a metal straw or skewer.
- Push the string through.
- Place the bauble at the top of the platter and serve.
