Ingredients

  • 23 cherry tomatoes
  • 17 bocconcini, mini mozzarella balls

Instructions

  • Arrange the bocconcini in two lines at the base of your platter to make the white frame of the hat.
  • Place the cherry tomatoes above the mozzarella balls in a hat shape with the flatter side facing down so they don’t roll around.
  • You can place them as I have done (6-5-4-3-3-2) or adjust the shape to fit the size of your platter or the number of tomatoes you have available.
  • Top with a single bocconcini to make the white bobble.
  • Serve.
