If you’re looking for a delicious and healthy side dish packed with flavor and loaded with protein, then you must try this colorful Tuna Cottage Cheese Salad.

This easy dish is a Mediterranean twist on a classic tuna salad. For the best results, use canned tuna in olive oil, which you simply mix together. You can also use drained tuna, but in that case, you may want to add a few more tablespoons of olive oil.

Serve the salad for lunch, or top it onto wraps for dinner. You can even enjoy it as a tasty dip with your favorite chips or crackers.

Feel free to swap cottage cheese with feta if you prefer a more traditional Greek Salad.

For other protein-based salads, try my bacon pasta salad with bocconcini, bresaola salad with figs, or tuna salad boats.
