These four-ingredient protein balls are refined sugar-free and gluten-free. They come together in five minutes and can be rolled in coconut or cacao if you want to keep it simple. Alternatively, you can make these super fun Thanksgiving turkeys.

Cold Turkey Protein Balls

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cups oats, 130 grams
  • 7 tbsp. soft butter, 100 grams
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao
  • 12 candy eyes
  • yellow, red & orange chocolate buttons

Instructions 

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Roll them into balls. Press them flat.
  • Top with candy eyes.
  • Halve a red and orange chocolate button for the beak and the red wattle next to the beak.
  • Stick yellow and orange chocolate buttons onto the top of the balls to resemble the turkey’s tail fan.
