This Hot Smoked Salmon Dip is an easy, 10-minute recipe made entirely without mayo. It's every bit as creamy and delicious as you can imagine.
This tasty dip is perfect for Valentine's Day, special occasions, and dinner parties.
Serve it as an appetizer with veggies, crackers, chips, or crispy baguette slices. Or top it onto sourdough for an epic sandwich with avocado.
And if you like a spicy kick, add a bit of Tabasco or chili flakes.

Ingredients
- 200 grams hot smoked salmon
- 2 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 heaped tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
- a pinch of pepper
- 100 grams smoked salmon
- 1 lemon
Instructions
Serves 3-4.
1. Shred the hot smoked salmon.
2. Mix it with the Greek yogurt, sour cream, chopped dill, sea salt, and pepper.
3. Add the juice from half a lemon and mix again.
4. Spoon the dip onto a platter in a heart shape (or simply use a bowl).
5. Slice the smoked salmon into strips (about 1 cm / 0.4 inch) and roll them into a rose shape.
6. Arrange the smoked salmon rosettes along the edge of the dip.
7. Cut the lemon into small pieces and use them as separators between the salmon roses.
8. Decorate with fresh dill sprigs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
9. Serve.
