Ingredients

  • 250 grams hot smoked salmon
  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche (or sour cream)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions

  • Shred the hot smoked salmon with two forks.
  • Mix it with the Greek yogurt, creme fraiche (or sour cream), chopped dill, sea salt, and pepper.
  • Add the juice from 1 lemon and mix again.
  • Place a bowl upside-down in the middle of a platter.
  • Arrange cucumber slices along the perimeter of the bowl.
  • Remove the bowl and spoon the smoked salmon dip into the center where the bowl was.
  • Slice the remaining lemon and halve each slice.
  • Place the lemon halves on top of the cucumber slices and the edge of the dip.
  • Serve with crusty bread or crostini.
