- 250 grams hot smoked salmon
- 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons creme fraiche (or sour cream)
- 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber
Shred the hot smoked salmon with two forks.
Mix it with the Greek yogurt, creme fraiche (or sour cream), chopped dill, sea salt, and pepper.
Add the juice from 1 lemon and mix again.
Place a bowl upside-down in the middle of a platter.
Arrange cucumber slices along the perimeter of the bowl.
Remove the bowl and spoon the smoked salmon dip into the center where the bowl was.
Slice the remaining lemon and halve each slice.
Place the lemon halves on top of the cucumber slices and the edge of the dip.
Serve with crusty bread or crostini.
