Recipe Tip

Use your largest carrot peels to shape the outside of the pumpkin first. Then, fill the inside of the pumpkin.

Equipment

  • vegetable peeler

Ingredients 

  • 5 carrots
  • 1 large cucumber

Instructions 

  • Start by peeling the carrots.
  • Keep creating peels and trim them so they are approximately the same width.
  • Shape the peels into the form of a pumpkin.
  • Peel the cucumber.
  • Swirl the cucumber into curls to make the top of the pumpkin.
  • Serve.
