Try this easy Strawberry, Watermelon, and Feta Salad with peppery arugula, and crisp cucumber for a delicious summer recipe.

Top it with a delightful sweet lime and honey dressing, and you'll want to eat this on repeat!

This watermelon salad is a versatile summer dish. It's perfect for family BBQs and picnics or as a refreshing starter with freshly baked bread.

Feel free to add red onion for an extra kick, or swap the dressing for balsamic glaze and olive oil.

For a special twist, I've used a heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape the ingredients (if you don't have one, you can chop them up).

This salad is a cute recipe for surprising someone you love, especially on special occasions like Valentine's Day, Father's Day, or Mother's Day!

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Place the arugula on your platter.

2. Crumble the feta and sprinkle on top.

3. Use the heart-shaped cutters to shape the cucumber and watermelon hearts.

4. To make the rippled strawberry hearts, remove the leaves and stand the strawberry upright.

5. Slice the berry finely lengthwise and split it into two halves.

6. Spread out the slices in each half at an equal distance.

7. Press the heart cutter into the rippled pieces.

8. Lift the heart carefully with a knife.

9. Arrange the strawberry, watermelon, and cucumber hearts on the salad.

10. Mix the ingredients together for the dressing: olive oil, lime juice, and honey.

11. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.

12. Pour the dressing over and serve.
