This fun Spooky Charcuterie Board is a showstopping platter and perfect for your next Halloween party!

Serve it with fresh basil leaves (tuck some into the vampire’s shirt) and my easy focaccia for a delicious appetizer or snack board. Feel free to use the blank space on your board to add more of everything!

Place some cocktail sticks on the side and let your guests make their own skewers, topping them with extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze, and flaky sea salt.
Recipe Tip
If you want to make the vampire scary, turn his smile into a frown and make cucumber peel eyebrows slant upwards!
Prepare this Halloween board a few hours ahead of time and keep it covered in the fridge.

Spooky Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- 2 slices ham
- 200 grams bocconcini, mozzarella balls
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes, or grape tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh mozzarella
- 2 almonds
Instructions
- Place the 2 slices of ham overlapping in the middle of a platter or chopping board.
- Use bocconcini to make the hair.
- Put the almonds in a small heat-proof bowl and pour boiling water over them for 3-4 minutes until the peel comes off easily. Be careful not to burn yourself.
- Slice the cucumber peel to make the jacket trim.
- Use the small round cutter to make the cucumber peel pupils and the metal straw to make the three green cucumber peel buttons.
- Trim a long, thin slice of cucumber peel into a nose and mouth.
- Slice the mozzarella and trim two rectangles for the collar.
- Use the medium cookie cutter to make the round shirt details and the eyes.
- Assemble the vampire (it may help to halve the tomatoes so they don’t roll around).
- Serve.
