Servings: 6 people
- 2 slices ham
- 200 grams bocconcini mozzarella balls
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh mozzarella
- 2 almonds
Place the 2 slices of ham overlapping in the middle of a platter or chopping board.
Use bocconcini to make the hair.
Put the almonds in a small heat-proof bowl and pour boiling water over them for 3-4 minutes until the peel comes off easily. Be careful not to burn yourself.
Slice the cucumber peel to make the jacket trim.
Use the small round cutter to make the cucumber peel pupils and the metal straw to make the three green cucumber peel buttons.
Trim a long, thin slice of cucumber peel into a nose and mouth.
Slice the mozzarella and trim two rectangles for the collar.
Use the medium cookie cutter to make the round shirt details and the eyes.
Assemble the vampire (it may help to halve the tomatoes so they don't roll around).
Serve.
