Need a cute appetizer idea? Try these sweet mango and mozzarella ball skewers with fresh basil and cucumber. 

They are so easy to make and sure to impress your friends and family.

You'll need a round cookie cutter (or tiny glass) to shape mango and cucumber into those adorable yellow watermelon wedges. 

Top with black sesame seeds and pair with creamy mozzarella and basil for a fun and delicious appetizer no one can resist.

These tasty skewers are perfect for serving at outdoor get-togethers and BBQs with your favorite summer drinks. You can also top them onto salads or crostini for that touch of Summer.



1. Slice the cucumber.

2. Use the round cookie cutter to make the cucumber cutouts.

3. Slice the mango and cut out the round mango discs.

4. Place the mango discs in the cucumber frame.

5. Halve the mango and cucumber pieces.

6. Top with black sesame seeds.

7. Halve the mozzarella balls.

8. Assemble the skewers with a fresh basil leaf, half a mozzarella ball, and then the mango and cucumber 'watermelon' pieces.

9. Top with sea salt and a squeeze of lime juice and honey (you can also use balsamic glaze).

10. Serve.
