Mozzarella Ghost Toast with fresh mozzarella and tomato hearts is an easy Halloween recipe and perfect to serve at spooky parties.

Mix it up by making different expressions with the black olives, and be sure to add mozzarella hands and cherry tomato hearts for extra cuteness.

Toast the bread in the oven for that crunch that pairs so well with the soft cheese, and season well with olive oil and sea salt.

TIP: You can even rub a garlic clove on the toasted bread for more flavor!

Slices of bread topped with mozzarella cheese ghosts—some holding red tomato hearts—all have olive piece eyes. These fun bites make a spooky addition to your food recipes and health-conscious dishes, arranged on a grey surface.
