Delicious chocolate-covered kiwi bites shaped into flowers - how can we resist?
All you need is your favorite chocolate, peeled kiwis, and sweet, quartered grapes, and you have the cutest snack or dessert idea.
These chocolate-dipped kiwi can be served in various ways. They're perfect as part of a Spring fruit platter, or you can turn them into tasty kiwi pops. Simply place an ice cream stick onto parchment paper and pipe the chocolate and fruit flowers on top.
You can make this easy recipe with any chocolate you prefer. You can even use kiwi berries and blueberries to make a fun mini version.
Ingredients
- green grapes (quartered)
- kiwis
- dark chocolate
- piping utensil / bag
- parchment paper
Instructions
1. Peel the kiwis.
2. Slice the kiwi into 2 cm (1 inch) thick pieces.
3. Dry the kiwi off on a piece of kitchen towel.
4. Melt the dark chocolate.
5. Add the chocolate to a piping utensil / bag.
6. Pipe a thick circle onto parchment paper.
7. Place a kiwi slice on top and press down so the melted chocolate extends underneath the kiwi.
8. Quarter the grapes and dry them off on kitchen towel.
9. Stick the grape quarters into the chocolate outlining the kiwi. The flat side should face towards the kiwi.
10. Allow to set.
11. Serve.
