These adorable Snowman Cheese Crostini with mozzarella and basil make an excellent addition to your Christmas party menu. They are easy to make in advance, and great to serve a crowd.

To make them even more jolly, give the snowmen a halved tomato and mayo hat and arrange them on a large platter with my Christmas Bruschetta.
Recipe Tip
You can top the toasted baguette with olive oil, pesto, or tomato slices before you add the snowmen. And if you prefer not to use candy eyes, try balsamic glaze, sesame seeds, or peppercorns.
