For elegant finger food sure to impress your guests, try this easy Smoked Salmon Wrap Appetizer.

Made with soft tortilla wraps, cream cheese, and fresh dill, these smoked salmon pinwheels are drizzled with a delicious white lemon balsamic glaze and are perfect for picnics and dinner parties.

Serve these adorable S-shaped roll-ups on a platter or on a canapé skewer (to make them mess-free).

And if you can't get your hands on a white lemon balsamic glaze, use lemon juice and squeeze some pulp on there too, yum.

Makes 10.

1. Spread cream cheese on the tortilla.

2. Drizzle white lemon balsamic glaze on top.

3. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. 

4. Trim the outer edges (1-2 cm / ½ inch) to both sides.

5. Cut the tortilla into 8 equally wide strips.

6. Add smoked salmon onto half the slices.

7. Place fresh dill on the other half.

8. Roll a dill strip almost all the way.

9. Repeat with a salmon strip.

10. Merge the two strips into an 'S' shape.

11. Top with fresh dill.

12. Serve.
