These Chocolate Coated Pretzel Rods shaped like fireworks and topped with candy eyes are a fun and delicious treat.

They are perfect for the 4th of July, New Year’s eve, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
Serve the chocolate covered pretzels as they are or stick them in an ice cream sundae or chocolate cake for a little something extra.

You can make these treats with milk or white chocolate, and use any colorful sprinkles.

Chocolate Coated Pretzel Rods
Equipment
- piping utensil or bag
Ingredients
- 10 pretzels, sticks
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles
- 20 candy eyes
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Dip the pretzels in the dark chocolate to cover ¾ of the stick. Allow them to set on parchment paper with some space in between.
- Place the dark chocolate in a piping utensil or bag.
- Pipe the fireworks at the top of the pretzel, which is covered in chocolate.
- Top with candy eyes and sprinkles. Allow to set.
