Prep Time: 25 min.
I started making spider web pretzels for Halloween and thought it might be fun to create a fireworks version. Hence, these were born. You can use dark or white chocolate, and add any sprinkles you like. Serve just as they are or stick them in an ice cream sundae or chocolate cake for a little something extra. Great for the 4th of July or New Year’s.
Ingredients
- pretzels (sticks)
- dark chocolate
- sprinkles
- candy eyes
- piping bag / utensil
- parchment paper
Instructions
1. Melt the dark chocolate.
2. Dip the pretzels in the dark chocolate to cover ¾ of the stick. Allow them to set on parchment paper with some space in between.
3. Place the dark chocolate in a piping bag or piping utensil.
4. Pipe the fireworks at the top of the pretzel, which is covered in chocolate.
5. Top with candy eyes and sprinkles. Allow to set.
