If you make one thing this holiday season, I hope you try these adorable Hot Chocolate Rudolphs. Get the kids involved and enjoy hot reindeer drinks all December or gift them to your family and friends.
Ingredients
- dark chocolate
- red chocolate buttons
- marshmallows
- candy eyes
- piping utensil / bag
- parchment paper
Instructions
1. Melt the dark chocolate.
2. Add the chocolate to a piping utensil / bag.
3. Pipe the pretzel-shaped ears onto parchment paper and allow to set (you can also pipe antlers in a ‘Y’ or ‘t’ shape).
4. Now, pipe the chocolate into a disc. Mine were about 7.5cm (3 inches) wide.
5. Place a halved marshmallow on top of the disc.
6. Use some melted chocolate to stick a red M&M on top for the nose.
7. Top the disc with candy eyes and the antlers.
8. Once it is all set, heat some milk in a frother.
9. Pour it into a large mug.
10. Insert a chocolate Rudolph.
11. Stir and enjoy.
