The cutest welcome home from school snack platter with fruit, veggies and dips. If you’re in a rush, you don’t have to add the chocolate details. Instead, you can just add some dark chocolate pieces.

1. Cut the carrots, yellow pepper and cucumber into batons.

2. Arrange the dips on the platter. You can add a little swirl with a spoon and top with olive oil and a bit of sea salt if you want.

3. Slice the melon and dab it dry with a kitchen towel. This will ensure the dark chocolate will stick and dry properly.

4. Melt the chocolate. 

5. Add the slightly cooled chocolate to a piping utensil or bag.

6. Zig-zag the chocolate across half of the melon slices. Allow to set.

7. Dip half of the strawberries into the melted chocolate.

8. Pipe on the dots and line down the middle.

9. Top with candy eyes and allow to set.

10. Arrange the platter and top with the strawberry ladybugs.
