If you need an easy, no-fuss dinner with only a few ingredients, try this creamy Baked Burrata Pasta. It’s the perfect cozy weeknight meal.
To make this flavorful pasta recipe, simply roast cherry tomatoes and burrata in the oven until bursting and golden. Remove from the oven, add fresh garlic, basil, and pasta.
Top with fresh burrata, sea salt, and basil. Sprinkle with balsamic glaze, roasted pine nuts, or toasted breadcrumbs.
For other simple weeknight meals, try my bacon pasta salad or sausage pasta.
Recipe Tip
I’ve made this dish with two types of burrata, one being the creamier kind and the other a firmer burrata similar to mozzarella, and the results are best with the creamier kind.
