Elevate something so simple as strawberries and chocolate with these decorative mandalas. You can top them onto cakes and other desserts or enjoy them as they are. Try dipping in whipped cream for an extra delicious treat. 

What you need


1. Melt the chocolate.

2. Add the chocolate to a piping bag.

3. Pipe two number eights. First, left to right, then top to bottom. They should join in the center.

4. Now pipe between the two eights.

5. Lastly, pipe larger eights around the eights you started with.

6. Add a strawberry to the center and allow to set.


I left the strawberry leaves on (they are edible) but do feel free to remove as you prefer.
