This delightful fruit platter with strawberries and watermelon is perfect for Valentine’s Day, birthdays or when you just feel like making something fun. It comes together in no time, and you only need a few simple ingredients.

Instructions

1. Halve your strawberries and place the flat side down.

2. Cut out the hearts using the cookie cutter.

3. Cut watermelon slices that are approximately 1 cm thick. Press out the hearts.

4. Place the strawberry and watermelon hearts randomly on a platter. The plate doesn’t need to be too big to get the desired effect. (For reference, the platter I used is about 22 cm in diameter).

5. Top with candy eyes if you want, or leave it as is.
